Third, lining secondary grouting machine construction process

1. Install RPC grouting pipe and exhaust pipe against waterproof board
After the modified template is in place according to the requirements of the second lining geometry, the prepared RPC grouting pipe (exhaust pipe) is subjected to the “test-through” measurement through the modified reserved hole to determine the RPC grouting pipe (row) The installation length of the trachea) and the thickness of the test lining meet the design requirements. The specific standard is based on the length of the RPC grouting pipe (exhaust pipe) against the length of the waterproof plate + flange length (7cm) + 2cm.
2. Record the depth of the RPC tube buried on the recording board.
After the RPC grouting pipe (exhaust pipe) is pressed against the waterproof plate, mark the buried depth of the RPC pipe: the mark should be two lines, one is the line with the outer template of the second lining template (to detect whether the thickness of the second lining is Meet the requirements); the other is the second liner template outer template line + 2cm, that is, the length of the RPC grouting pipe (exhaust pipe).
3, pouring concrete and observing the pre-buried tube
The second lining concrete should be symmetrically poured. The height difference between the left and right sides of the concrete surface shall not exceed 0.5m, and the height difference between the front and the back shall not exceed 0.6m. The concrete pouring shall be poured into the window from the template window layer by layer, from bottom to top, symmetrically layered, and falling. The free height does not exceed 2m. When pouring the vaulted concrete, the grouting pipe is used as the observation port to see if the concrete is poured into the vault. Pay attention to whether the pre-embedded pipe is preliminarily polluted. If necessary, clean the grouting observation port to avoid blockage.
4. Preparation of grouting liquid and mold grouting
In principle, the grouting of the vault is grouted from the low end to the high end. 5. Observe the pressure gauge and the venting hole.
At the end of the grouting, the grouting is completed by flowing out the thick sump and the end die. If the slurry pressure at the pallet template reaches 1.0 MPa and there is still no thick slurry, the vent hole should be replaced by grouting until the intermediate vent hole and the end mold vent hole flow out of the thick slurry to stop grouting.
6. At the end of grouting, remove the grouting machine hose and seal the grouting pipe hole tightly.
7. Remove the positioning flange after the initial setting of the slurry.
