Two-lane highway lining trolley can achieve the effect of engineering lining
(1) When the tunnel excavation is off-center, it can be adjusted by the template adjustment mechanism of Two-lane highway lining trolley, which can meet the design and construction requirements.
(2) The trolley has sufficient strength and rigidity. Under the combined action of the hydraulic cylinder and the supporting screw, it can resist the strong vertical and lateral pressure of the concrete. The trolley does not deform, because the design of each fulcrum is reasonable and effective. The weight of the trolley itself and the weight of the concrete weight are used to ensure that the trolley floats against concrete and overcomes the floating effect of the concrete.
(3) The layout of the working window is reasonable, so that the trolley can be easily coated with the release agent, which is convenient for pouring concrete and vibrating work on both sides. The top has a injection port, which is convenient for injecting concrete and reduces the labor intensity of the construction workers.
